Bush Australia PTY Ltd, respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent or loan any identifiable information regarding our customers to any third party. We may use and share aggregated information when it enables us to improve and enrich our product and content offering. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security. If we decide to modify our Policy, we will post a new Policy on our websites changing the date in the last paragraph of such Policy. Therefore, we invite you to consult this Policy from time to time in order to familiarise yourself with any changes.

The terms of this Policy are without prejudice to any contractual terms you may enter into with us, which shall prevail over the terms of this Policy.

How we Collect Information and How We Use It

In order to provide you with excellent products and services, Bush Australia PTY Ltd. asks you for specific pieces of personal information when you register as a customer Bush Australia PTY Ltd will not collect any personal information about such individuals except when provided by such individuals. Bush Australia PTY Ltd, does not collect and process Data except when specifically, voluntarily and knowingly provided by you.

Personal Account Information Your name, delivery address, telephone number, email address, credit card details and special delivery instructions help Bush Australia PTY Ltd, to deliver your order on time to the correct location. We confirm by email the items in your order, the scheduled delivery window you've selected, and the delivery address. A Customer Service Representative may contact you by telephone to resolve any questions we might have about your order.

You reserve the right to choose if your credit card numbers are stored on our Secure server.

Bush Australia PTY Ltd, will not reveal your personal information to any third party unless required to do so by law.

Cookies

A cookie is a small file created by your web browser (eg. Internet Explorer v.5) to assign a unique identification to your computer. Bush Australia PTY Ltd, uses the cookie to keep track of items in your shopping trolley, we do not use cookies to retrieve personal information about you from your computer. To shop, you need to have the cookies option of your browser turned on. However, once you've finished shopping, you can delete cookies from your hard drive if you like.


Online Surveys and Contests

From time to time, Bush Australia PTY Ltd may conduct online surveys that ask you for demographic data, like household information, ages, and so on. Participation in these surveys is always voluntary. Bush Australia PTY Ltd aggregates the responses we receive before using the information to improve the product offering and services we offer. Bush Australia PTY Ltd may also offer contests that ask for some personal information, such as name and email address, so that we can contact winners. All of these contests follow applicable gaming regulations. We will clearly post the rules and terms of each contest on the site.

Changing and Editing Your Information

Children

Children are not eligible to use our services and we ask that minors do not submit any personal information to us. If you are a minor, you can use this service only in conjunction with a parent or guardian.

We pride ourselves on our commitment and dedication to all our customers and we assure you of our integrity at all times. We do not and will not release any of your personal information.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY Subject to the under mentioned conditions and exemptions Bush Australia Pty Ltd. warrants Grundig products to be free from defects in material or workmanship for the specified warranty period as stated below from the date of its original purchase. The benefits given in this warranty are in addition to all other rights and remedies, which the purchaser has under the Trade Practices Act and similar State and Territory laws.

All products and equipment come with a one-year warranty subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. Bush Australia Pty Ltd. will, at its option either repair or replace free of charge any part which is at its sole absolute discretion determined to be defective as a result only of faulty material or workmanship in manufacture.

WARRANTYBush Australia Pty Ltd have appointed United Warranties as service and repair agent. Products covered under the United Warranties service plan will be clearly indicated by the addition of the Helpline number below. This Helpline number will be on the gift box, the instruction book and the back of the product. Any product not marked with the Helpline may need to be returned directly to the place of purchase. If you are unsure, please contact the below number.
Hours of Service Standard service will be provided from 9.00am till 6.30pm Monday to Friday Eastern Standard Time and excludes public holidays.
Standard Response Times For on-site service, United will provide a technician on-site, or where applicable arrange a courier pick up, normally within 8 business hours (Monday – Friday only) of a call being logged at our call centre. United will turn around all warranty jobs within 7 working days of receipt either on site or at a United authorised service agent. Standard response times do not include shipping times.
Coverage Coverage will be for a period of 12 months from the date of end user purchase. End user must provide proof of receipt of goods to validate the warranty period.
Dead on Arrival The first 10 days of the Customer Care Program is classed as the DOA (Dead On Arrival) period. United Warranties will co-ordinate calls under DOA and advise clients to return goods to original retail outlet for exchange (or as directed by BUSH AUSTRALIA). The store should then raise a Return Authority Request. IMPORTANT NOTE: Goods must have a fault or a credit will not be issued.
Wall Mounting of LCDTVs/LED LCD TVs Please note that customers are personally responsible for the removal of any television products mounted at 1.5m or above, from the floor.
What is covered by this Agreement Only products with the 1800 helpline number printed on the Giftbox, instruction book and/or the unit are covered by this agreement. All other products precede this agreement and will be dealt with as before.

Definitions of service Onsite Repair
• AN AUTHORISED SERVICE AGENT (“ASA”) WILL ATTEND TO THE FAULTY PRODUCT ONSITE AND ATTEMPT TO REPAIR THE PRODUCT ONSITE
• WHERE AN ONSITE REPAIR IS NOT PRACTICAL, THE ASA MAY NEED TO TAKE THE PRODUCT BACK TO THE WORKSHOP TO CONTINUE DIAGNOSTICS AND REPAIRS. ONCE REPAIRED, THE PRODUCT WILL BE RETURNED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER
• RE-INSTALLATION IS LIMITED ONLY TO ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER SUPPLIED OR PURCHASED MOUNTS & STANDS

COURIER PICK UP AND RETURN
• A COURIER OR ASA WILL PICKUP THE FAULTY PRODUCT FROM THE CUSTOMER AND DELIVER TO THE SERVICE CENTRE
• ONCE REPAIRED A COURIER OR ASA WILL RETURN THE PRODUCT FROM THE SERVICE CENTRE TO THE ORIGINAL LOCATION OF PICKUP

RTB Extraction
• Client brings vehicle to United authorised service centre
• Client’s car audio equipment is extracted for repair
• Upon repair, client’s audio equipment is re-installed

Warranty does not cover: - Any damage, malfunction or failure which in the opinion of Grundig Australia Pty Ltd. may have resulted from accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, improper installation, maladjustment, use on incorrect voltage, fluctuations in electric current, outside interference, thunderstorm activity, failure to observe or failure to carry out manufacturer’s recommendations or tampering by unauthorized persons.
- Any product which in the opinion of Grundig Australia Pty Ltd. has been used for other than normal domestic purposes.
