Bush Warranty Day Promotion - Terms and conditions
1. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of and agreement to these terms
and conditions.
2. Entry is open to Grundig Lounge, Joh Bailey Salon, Bush Club and Revo members
who are residents of Australia. It is not open employees and contractors of Bush
Australia Pty Ltd, their agencies or any member of their immediate families.
3. The competition commences for each month at 9.00am (EST) on the 1st of Each month
and closes at 23:59 (EDST) on the last date of that month.
4. The competition requires the entrant to state in 25 words or less why you think
a 15.6" Grundig LCD TV will enhance your home.
5. An entrant may enter the Draw by buying a bush or her sister companies product,
registering it and completing an entry form that can be found on the relevant website
at http://www.johbailey.com.au/warranty.aspx, http://www.bushaustralia.com.au/productssite/warranty.aspx,
http://www.revo.net.au/register/index.php, http://www.grundig.net.au/warranty.aspx.
Incomplete registrations are void. The prize drawn monthly consists of 1x Grundig
15.6" Misuro LCD TV , with a total prize value of RRP: $599.00
6. By entering the competition the entrant agrees to be contactable by Bush Australia
Pty. Ltd, for promotional purposes.
7. The entry judged to be the best each month will be declared the winner of the
competition and will be awarded the prize.
8. The promoter is not responsible or liable for any change in the recommend retail
value of the prize occurring between (date) and the date on which the prize is claimed.
9. The promoter makes no representation or warranty as to the quality, suitability
and merchantability of any of the goods or services offered as prizes, except as
required by law.
10. The judging will take place at 9:00am (EDST) on the 7th of each month during
the competition at Bush Australia Pty Limited, 9/4 Avenue of Americas Newington
NSW 2127 Winners will be notified by email by the end of the following month.
11. The promoter does not represent or warrant that the promotional website will
be accessible without interruption or that this site, any materials on this site,
or the server that makes this site available are free from errors, defects, design
flaws or omissions, or from viruses or other harmful components. The promoter assumes
no responsibility for any delay in operation or transmission, communications line
failure, problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer
online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, or failure
of any E-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic
congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof. Any material
and or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Grundig Australia
site is at the entrants own discretion and risk and no responsibility will be taken
for damage to the entrants computer system or loss of data that results from the
download of such material and or data.
12. The promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion, to immediately, without
notice, suspend or terminate access to the competition and or other services provided
by the promoters.
13. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
15. In the event that any prize is unavailable, the promoter reserves the right
to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
16. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any delay in delivery, or failure
of safe delivery of the prize.
17. The promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered
Terms and conditions All costs within this quotation will require payment 14 days
from the invoice date. All creative, production and printing remain the property
of Markus Dilectite Pty Limited until payment has been made in full. Any changes
to the project, that cause costs to change will be brought to the client’s notice
as soon as the changes are requested. Notification in writing including the cost
implication will be sent to the client within 5 working days from the request. Markus

sustained, to person or property (including but not limited to indirect or consequential
loss) arising from or in any way related to this competition, or using or participating
in, the prizes.
18. If for any reason this competition is not capable of being conducted as planned,
including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention,
fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter
which corrupt or affect the security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this
competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify
any individual who involved in the tampering of the entry process, and to cancel,
terminate, modify or suspend the competition. The competition cannot be suspended
or terminated until after consultation with relevant Lottery Authorities.
19. The Promoter is not liable or responsible for any error, omission, interruption,
deletion, defect, delay in operation of transmission, communications line failure,
theft, destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
20. All personal information collected by the promoter in relation to this competition
will be handled in accordance with the promoter's Privacy Policy. THE PROMOTER IS

PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO USE WINNERS NAMES, ADDRESSES AND PHOTOGRAPHS FOR
PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES. ALL ENTRIES REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF THE PROMOTER.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY
Subject to the under mentioned conditions and exemptions Bush Australia
Pty Ltd.
warrants this product to be free from defects in material or workmanship for the
specified warranty period as stated below from the date of its original purchase.
The benefits given in this warranty are in addition to all other rights and remedies,
which the purchaser has under the Trade Practices Act and similar State and Territory
laws.
LCD televisions now come with a three (3) year warranty (some exclusions apply)
subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. All other products and equipment come with a one-year warranty subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.
Bush Australia Pty Ltd. will, at its option either repair or replace free of
charge any part which is at its sole absolute discretion determined to be defective
as a result only of faulty material or workmanship in manufacture.
WARRANTY
Bush Australia Pty Ltd have appointed United Electrical as service and
repair agent. Products covered under the United Electrical service plan will be
clearly indicated by the addition of the Helpline number below. This Helpline number
will be on the gift box, the instruction book and the back of the product. Any product
not marked with the Helpline may need to be returned directly to the place of purchase.
If you are unsure, please contact the below number.
Hours of Service
Standard service will be provided from 9.00am till 6.30pm Monday to Friday Eastern Standard Time and excludes public holidays.
Standard Response Times
For on-site service, United will provide a technician on-site, or where applicable arrange a courier pick up, normally within 8 business hours (Monday – Friday only) of a call being logged at our call centre. United will turn around all warranty jobs within 7 working days of receipt either on site or at a United authorised service agent. Standard response times do not include shipping times.
Coverage
Coverage will be for a period of 12 months or 3 Years (36 months) from the date of end user purchase but must be within the standard Bush Australia terms of 15 months from the date of sale to the retailer. End user must provide proof of receipt of goods to validate the warranty period.
Dead on Arrival
The first 10 days of the Customer Care Program is classed as the DOA (Dead On Arrival) period. United Electrical will co-ordinate calls under DOA and advise clients to return goods to original retail outlet for exchange (or as directed by BUSH AUSTRALIA). The store should then raise a Return Authority Request. IMPORTANT NOTE: Goods must have a fault or a credit will not be issued.
Wall Mounting of LCDTV's
Please note that customers are personally responsible for the removal of any television products mounted at 1.5m or above, from the floor.
What is covered by this Agreement
Only products with the 1800 helpline number printed on the Giftbox, instruction book and/or the unit are covered by this agreement. All other products precede this agreement and will be dealt with as before.

Definitions of service
Onsite Repair
• AN AUTHORISED SERVICE AGENT (“ASA”) WILL ATTEND TO THE FAULTY PRODUCT ONSITE AND ATTEMPT TO REPAIR THE PRODUCT ONSITE
• WHERE AN ONSITE REPAIR IS NOT PRACTICAL, THE ASA MAY NEED TO TAKE THE PRODUCT BACK TO THE WORKSHOP TO CONTINUE DIAGNOSTICS AND REPAIRS. ONCE REPAIRED, THE PRODUCT WILL BE RETURNED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER
• RE-INSTALLATION IS LIMITED ONLY TO ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER SUPPLIED OR PURCHASED MOUNTS & STANDS
COURIER PICK UP AND RETURN
• A COURIER OR ASA WILL PICKUP THE FAULTY PRODUCT FROM THE CUSTOMER AND DELIVER TO THE SERVICE CENTRE
• ONCE REPAIRED A COURIER OR ASA WILL RETURN THE PRODUCT FROM THE SERVICE CENTRE TO THE ORIGINAL LOCATION OF PICKUP
HotSwap
• Goods are inspected at United repair facility
• Faulty Goods are replaced “like for like”
• Limit of replacement to equivalent model or Dollar($) value of original goods
RTB Extraction
• Client brings vehicle to United authorised service centre
• Client’s car audio equipment is extracted for repair
• Upon repair, client’s audio equipment is re-installed
Warranty does not cover:
- Any damage, malfunction or failure which in the opinion of Grundig Australia Pty
Ltd. may have resulted from accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, improper installation,
maladjustment, use on incorrect voltage, fluctuations in electric current, outside
interference, thunderstorm activity, failure to observe or failure to carry out
manufacturer’s recommendations or tampering by unauthorized persons.
- Any product which in the opinion of Bush Australia Pty Ltd. has been used for
other than normal domestic purposes.
